Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) er et værktøj designet til at kortlægge og forbedre teamudvikling.
Baseret på forskning og støttet af over 80 empiriske studier, hjælper GDQ teams med at identificere deres styrker og udviklingsområder.
Vi lægger stor vægt på etiske retningslinjer og praktiske principper og tilbyder omfattende træning samt vidensdeling gennem vores seminarer og forløb.
Hvad er GDQ?
GDQ-spørgeskemaet er et forskningsbaseret værktøj, der bruges til at kortlægge et teams udviklingsstadie, styrker og udviklingsområder.
GDQ er udviklet ud fra Susan Wheelans model, the Integrated Model of Group Development (IMGD), og måler teamudvikling og effektivitet.

GDQ-spørgeskemaet anvendes til at kortlægge et teams udviklingsstadie, styrker og udviklingsområder.
Det bruges som grundlag for analyse af gruppeprocesser med henblik på at designe skræddersyede indsatser.
Resultaterne præsenteres i en redigerbar rapport, der viser teamets udvikling sammenlignet med standarddata.
GDQ måler gruppeudvikling ved hjælp af fire skalaer, der hver repræsenterer et af udviklingsstadierne i IMGD.
Disse stadier og skalaer er:

IMGD-Modellen.
IMGD-modellen beskriver teams som sociale enheder, der gennemgår fire forskellige udviklingsstadier i en forudsigelig rækkefølge. Det fjerde stadie er karakteriseret ved høj produktivitet og effektivitet.
Effektivitet defineres som et teams evne til at levere resultater af høj kvalitet og relevans for dets interessenter, skabe et sundt og stimulerende arbejdsmiljø for sine medlemmer samt tilpasse sig og være modstandsdygtige i perioder med forandring og/eller udfordringer.
